We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Group Apprentice Warranty Administrator based at our dealership in Abingdon.

About the Role

As a Group Apprentice Warranty Administrator, you will learn all aspects of the warranty process and play a key role in supporting our aftersales operations across the group which currently represents BYD Omoda/Jaecoo, Chery, GMW Ora and Ford car and commercial.
You will receive full training and development, learning how to:
Process pre-authorisation warranty claims

Complete and submit manufacturer warranty claims

Liaise with technicians, service advisors, managers, and other staff members
