The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

**Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities (Aligned with CBA Duties 1–18):**

1. **Assisting in System Operations and Maintenance** :
2. Support senior engineers in the operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and associated systems used for steam and water distribution (Duty 1).
3. Work alongside engineers to repair and maintain refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related refrigeration systems; learn safe refrigerant recovery procedures (Duty 2).
