**Job Description**

This role offers an opportunity to develop your carpentry skills on a large, multi-building retail and office construction project in Loveland, Colorado, running through October 2027. You will support rough carpentry activities across 12 retail buildings and a three-story office building, working closely with other trades on a busy, professional construction site. Upon completion, long-term projects will be located around the Denver Metro Area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform rough carpentry tasks, including blocking and backing work, to support framing and structural components.
+ Install anchor bolt templates accurately to ensure proper alignment and secure connections.
+ Install door hardware as directed, ensuring correct fit and function.
+ Maintain versatility by taking on a variety of tasks as they arise on site to keep work progressing efficiently.
