The Applications & Systems Engineer at Baker Hughes will lead tender development and full‑lifecycle technical delivery of subsea control systems, combining customer‑facing application engineering with systems engineering expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender studies, develop technical proposals, and support commercial teams with compliant, competitive subsea control system offerings.
• Review client specifications, prepare technical documentation such as write‑ups, risk registers, and compliance records, and support customer negotiations.
• Define system architecture, requirements, and interfaces using Systems Engineering principles throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Maintain system models, generate requirement specifications, and produce design review and functional design materials.
