:Applications Support Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Asia Pacific IT Manager, Global Logistics Application, this is a application support role which offers exciting opportunity to demonstrate technical skills to support business strategy and the IT Applications within Arrow’s facilities in Asia Pacific. This role will be based in our Warehouse in Yokohama. The candidate will have great exposure working with stakeholders in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor Systems: Keep an eye on applications and servers to ensure they run smoothly.
Fix Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
Development: Requirements or issue fixes requiring coding
Support Users: Help users with their technical queries and concerns.
