Texas Instruments (TI) is seeking a full-time Applications Manager in Santa Clara, California to be responsible for managing the technical support staff who, in turn, support the company's sales staff and customers after product release.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Be responsible for managing the technical support staff on Ethernet projects; Provides, presents and interprets design, application and service information;
+ Ensure product specifications and applications usable by a specific customer and explores the business feasibility of general marketing;
+ Ensures the application/solution is functioning according to specifications;
+ Establishes and maintains lines of communication with systems and design engineering on issues such as design considerations for product reliability;
+ Manages teams that provides services to Global customer base.
