Applications Engineer

Palomar Singapore Innovation Center seeks an Applications Engineer to join the team that runs our Applications and Assembly Services operation. Expertise in Palomar equipment, with an emphasis on die attach processes, including programming and knowledge of advanced packaging materials is required. Additionally, candidate must be willing to develop expertise on wire bond and vacuum reflow processes. Being part of the small Palomar Singapore Applications team requires that each person where 'multiple hats' in our Application lab. NB: The Palomar laboratory operates during regular business hours but at times there will be projects that may require overtime.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: o Lead die attach process development, material selection and programming on Palomar Die Bonders.
