  Requirements 
  Physical Requirements 
 Must be able to use testing/measurement tools.
 Visual acuity for detailed work.
 Must be able to work in office and shop environment as necessary.
  Qualifications 
 Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred. 
 Entry-level to one year Engineering design experience. Individual must be able to work and coordinate Engineering activities in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
 Computer literacy required; Excel, MS Office, and CAD (Pro-E/CREO) drawings.
 Potential to develop strong organizational and presentation skills.
 Proven project leadership ability and successful record of completing assignments.
 Must possess strong hands-on skills with mechanical fasteners and their respective engineering properties, heat treating, and plating processes.
