**Job Description:**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Monitor Systems: Keep an eye on applications and servers to ensure they run smoothly.
+ Fix Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
+ Development: Requirements or issue fixes requiring coding
+ Support Users: Help users with their technical queries and concerns.
+ Collaborate with Teams: Work with other teams to solve issues and improve systems.
+ Document Work: Record incidents, solutions, and processes for future reference.
+ Ensure Security: Follow IT policies and maintain system security.
+ Represent Manager in management meeting as and when required.

**What We Are Looking For**

+ Typically requires 3-4 years of related experience with a degree; or equivalent work experience.
+ Ability to working in multiple culture and complex structure environment
+ Knowledge in Logistics and warehouse are preferred
