This is a newly created role supporting a global strategic customers within the Connected Services Hub.
You provide advanced technical support for a highly complex and bespoke digital environment.
You act as a dedicated technical escalation point while remaining part of the wider CSH team.
The role supports a high value, business critical service contract with strict performance expectations.

• Provide advanced second line technical support for a global strategic accounts
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents and service issues
• Coordinate incident response and deliver structured root cause analysis
• Support bespoke BMS and digital service solutions in production environments
