Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, executes business and technical software solutions in order to implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions)
Understands and uses appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems
Interacts with Client face colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction
Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies
Lead a small team, provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers, by working with them in designing solutions
