Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

Security & Residency Requirement

Candidate must have resided in Finland for a minimum of 3 years

Must be eligible for security clearance

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using APM tools and log analysis; triage incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), deploy hotfixes, and maintain KEDB and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate and support
  major incident management
  in collaboration with NOC, SOC, and Logistics Operations teams.
• Operate, support, and enhance
  REST, GraphQL, and SOAP integrations
  between mobile applications and OSS inventory/process cores, including resource and service models, work orders, and warehouse movements.
