We are currently seeking a Application Support-Payments to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Work as L1 support and operations team to provide effective support to Cheque Clearing applications

Understand incident management activities

Good understanding of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools

Understanding of ITSM support models

Basic understanding of application support mechanisms

Willing to work in Shifts
