Application Support Lead

Designation - Application & Production Support Lead:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding on technical and functional aspects of business.
2. Responsible for application up time & incident management for defined IT applications.
3. Have experience to deploy applications running under LINUX /Windows OS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.
4. Must know shell scripting, dos batch commands, power shell scripting.
5. Working Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Windows & Linux Operating System. Have basic networks knowledge – like telnet, netstat ipconfig/ifconfig, nslookup/dig for DNS resolution, traceroute/tracert, A record, CNAME FQDN etc.
6. Co-ordinating with different teams to Identifying the root causes of incidents in order to prevent future recurrence
