Job Description
The L1 Production Support Analyst serves as the first line of support for Java/Web-based applications supporting Product Risk and Market Risk systems. The role focuses on monitoring, incident triage, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure application availability and stability. Key Responsibilities
Monitor applications, batch jobs, and alerts. Perform initial issue analysis and resolution using runbooks. Log and manage incidents in ticketing tools. Escalate issues and support major incident calls. Assist with release and maintenance validation. Skills & Experience
Basic knowledge of Java/Web applications, Unix/Linux, and SQL. Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools. 1-3 years of IT support experience. Good communication and willingness to work shifts/on call.
