Application Support Engineer

Job description:
Your Contribution
Service & Support
Manage incidents and changes via ITIL processes (ServiceNow).
Provide 2nd-level support for key users and application users.
Deploy bug fixes, configuration changes, and minor enhancements.
Support rollout activities at new factories.
Gather requirements and user feedback for consulting team.
Monitoring & Analysis
Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools.
Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Create dashboards and KPI reports.
Maintenance & Administration
Perform regular maintenance for OT applications.
Maintain master data based on service requests.
Manage Kubernetes deployments and scaling.
Ensure compliance with IT/OT security standards.
Testing & Validation
Conduct and coordinate testing in test environments and on-site.
Document systems per Quality Management and GMP regulations.
Support manual and automated testing task...
