Primary Responsibilities
1. Software Updates on Application Servers
Coordinate, plan, and execute software updates for servers hosting enterprise applicationsPerform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance aligned with approved change windowsValidate application functionality post-update and troubleshoot issues as neededMaintain documentation for update procedures, schedules, and change recordsCoordinate with internal teams and vendors during maintenance activities2. Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM) – Level 1 Support
Provide Level 1 support for Jira and Jira Service ManagementHandle routine user requests, access issues, and basic configuration changesPerform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues appropriatelyOwn incidents through resolution and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
