Application Support Engineer

Description
We’re looking for a go-to IT Support & Application Support Specialist to join our team in Portland, Maine—someone who can fix issues quickly and calmly explain (for the third time) why restarting actually does help. A big part of this role is owning and supporting our core business application, so if you like being the expert everyone relies on, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide day-to-day IT support for internal users (hardware, software, network)

+ Serve as the primary support contact for our core business application

+ Troubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate with vendors to drive resolutions

+ Manage system access, user accounts, and application configurations

+ Support onboarding/offboarding (yes, you’ll be popular on day one)

+ Document issues and fixes—future-you will be grateful

+ Partner across teams to improve system performance and user experience
