Application Support Engineer (L3)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Resolve and manage production incidents (L3), ensuring accurate root cause analysis and timely resolution;


• Analyze application architecture and business workflows, following transactions across multiple system components;


• Investigate complex issues through log analysis, database queries, and system metrics;


• Proactively define monitoring metrics, identify recurring failure patterns, and collaborate with development teams on structural improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;


• Solid hands-on experience with Linux shell environments;


• Knowledge of SQL (DML operations);


• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python;
