Application Support Engineer

We are hiring for a Financial Institution an IT professional with an interest in automating IT service management and log analysis workflows based in Malaysia.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and/or automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
• Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-4 years of working experience in IT, with a focus on application support, systems administration, or automation.
