Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for wealth management and broking platforms
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application issues using MS SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging techniques
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions

Functional & Domain Support

• Apply strong understanding of wealth management and broking operations to support business workflows
