Application Support Engineer (AS400)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer (AS400) to support critical business applications and UAT operations. This role is responsible for monitoring and executing End-of-Day (EOD) processes, supporting UAT activities, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth operation of business-critical systems. The ideal candidate has strong AS400 experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working in a 24/7 shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute application-related EOD processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for both project and BAU initiatives.
• Handle application support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor application performance and investigate system issues.
