Application Support – DevOps/Infra

We are looking for an Application Support Consultant – DevOps / Infra to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our ERP application environment. You will provide incident responses & production support, perform deployments, monitor systems, do automation & support enablement and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to deliver a high-availability service. You will essentially be a DevOps Engineer working in a product support team. You will not own product code, but own production stability, root cause analysis, monitoring and automation

What should you have?

• Strong experience providing advanced application and infrastructure support, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
