Responsibilities

Application & Database Support

• Provide Level 3 application and database support for business-critical systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues within agreed service levels.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute SQL queries, develop and maintain stored procedures, and perform database troubleshooting.
• Support database maintenance activities, including backup verification, data validation, and performance monitoring.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
