The Application Scientist will provide technical assistance to internal and external customers through color formulation, custom development, prototyping, and small scale and commercial trial batches.

• Contributes to the product life cycle
• Works on new product ideas and customer requirements, comes up with creative alternatives
• Reports on how new product ideas could be used organizationally
• Works on complex projects with independence
• Completes complex tasks in a timely manner to support business objectives
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including short notice travel
• Assists in development of more junior staff such as Application Scientist I and II...
