Application & Sales Specialist- Medical Technology (DORC)
Your Role
To maintain and grow the current install base of DORC Equipment and Consumables business in the inland region of South Africa. Contributes to the achievement of annual revenue and profit targets by implementation the branding and promotional strategies. Builds and maintains customer relationships in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention. Large, assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell in a defined varied category of company products, services and solutions within a designated geography or industry. Consults customers with a very high level of consultancy, addresses customer's needs, queries and complaints; records and manages direct customer feedback. Focuses on meeting personal sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Continuously monitors market trends, very high intensity of sales negotiations
