**Job Description**

You will lead complex FSD application and site-level migrations during the integration of purification and filtration businesses into the Thermo Fisher Scientific IT ecosystem, ensuring seamless transitions and business continuity.

What you will do:

+ Lead and manage the application migration kanban, coordinating complex FSD integrations across multiple workstreams
+ Apply Agile methodologies and frameworks to drive project execution, scope management, schedules, budgets, and resources
+ Leverage deep IT landscape knowledge to design and implement scalable migration strategies and support models
+ Foster continuous improvement and innovation by applying PPI principles throughout migration activities
