Job Summary

: The individual selected for this role will play a pivotal role in advancing new application development within the 3M China Electronics Lab. The focus will be on delivering high-value, differentiated solutions to key customers in the electronics markets, including consumer electronics, automotive, and IoT sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Key Account teams through in-depth technical expertise in electronics-related applications.
  • Drive the growth of product applications by converting competitive products and developing new applications.
  • Actively participate in local and global New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by offering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple customer projects effectively.
  • Deliver product and application training to both internal and external audiences.
