Define product and service requirements based on customer input and related Truck, Bus & Railway applicationsTechnical training to customers and internal stakeholdersTechnical support for claims (quality incidents) and performance issuesClarification of technical questions and recommendation for improvementsEnsure proper documentation about product performance (data collection and analysis)Support Innovation by providing market/customer feedback and customer needsLead and support customer specific projects in close collaboration with all stakeholdersApplies product engineering tools incl. specific requirements and provide input for improvementsClose collaboration with other Business Areas and Central Functions within the organizationHybrid job with Home office possibility (onsite presence in Nyíregyháza is required at least 2 days/ week)
