Application Engineer

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead and execute customization projects tailored to customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to clarify questions and provide technical support.
+ Organize and facilitate regular innovation workshops to generate and develop new ideas within the team.
+ Drive internal and external communication to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
+ Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making and improve application solutions.
+ Apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project activities effectively.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
