As a support engineer, you would be mining through large set of logs to identify patterns of data. You would also own monitoring key metrics, maintain dashboards for them and also create automated alarms to detect failures. You will partner with multiple teams internally for successful root-causing of issues and in creating generic dashboards to monitor health of Kindle.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
