• Run core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and showcases.
• Act as the team’s Scrum Master, promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews, provide development guidance, and ensure technical quality standards are met.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of customisations and enhancements on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
