The Application Development Consultant is a well-reasoned Information Technology (IT) Professional, able to apply system-wide responsibility to
complex components of a project.

**Main Responsibilities:**

+ This Consultant will work according to requirements that develop through joint efforts with the Business Process Groups. The Consultant will often participate and contribute to the actual detail work of the specification.
+ When work precedents are unclear the Application Development Consultant should obtain advice from higher-level IT Associates.
+ Application Development Consultants may guide or instruct lower-level Staff Members in project related efforts and should provide value-added input at team meetings.
+ Analyze, design and develop new processes, programs and configuration - Taking into account the complex inter-relationships of system-wide components.
