What You’ll Do

• Consult with Business Process Groups to develop requirements for complex project components.
• Participate and contribute to the specification’s detailed work.
• Seek guidance from higher-level IT Associates when precedents are unclear.
• Guide or instruct lower-level staff and provide value‑added input at team meetings.
• Analyze, design, and develop new processes, programs, and configurations, accounting for system-wide inter‑relationships.
• Provide system-wide support and maintenance for complex systems or business processes.
• Maintain and modify existing processes, programs, and configurations using current IT toolsets.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and persist to resolve problems lacking precedents, applying logic and inference.
• Confer with stakeholders to determine problems.
• Make joint analysis decisions on causes and correction methods.
