Application Development Architect, ServiceNow, Strategic Portfolio Management

The **ServiceNow Developer – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)** is a technical role responsible for the design, development, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow Now Platform®, with primary focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Management, and related workspaces and dashboards.

The role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-ready solutions by following ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration over customization, and custom development only when necessary. The position works closely with Product Owners, Platform Owners, Platform Architects, process owners, and managed service partners to deliver business value and operational excellence.
