Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact
The Application Developer – SuccessFactors & CPI Integration is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and integrating software applications across SuccessFactors and connected systems. This role has a strong focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to ensure seamless data flows between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications. This position is critical in driving smooth HR operations by enabling accurate, automated, and efficient information flow between SuccessFactors Employee Central and the broader enterprise technology landscape. 
Key Accountabilities
INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT: Perform complex integration design, configuration, testing, and quality assurance for SuccessFactors and CPI interfaces.
