Application Deployment & Release Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

+ Check the status of the database and fine-tune its performance

+ Determination needed servers (operating systems, hardware, prerequisites…)

+ Check on servers’ status and that all servers are up to date.

+ Deploy any updates on the database, and deploy any SQL sent from the development team.

+ Design and Build service servers

+ Updates the status of release

+ Builds the release

+ Prepares a remediation plan in the case of unsuccessful implementation of the release

+ Creates Implementation Plan

+ Updates manuals and/or operating instructions when applicable

+ Notifies the Release Manager of unsuccessful release builds

+ Performs a full-fledged test of the installation procedures

+ Communicate any issues detected during the installation procedures test to the release owner.
