Application Analyst

Position Overview

The Application Analyst is to provide day-to-day support, maintenance, design, configuration, upgrades, and improvements for the Salesforce platform.As a primary support contact for application end-users, the Application Analyst will work to identify issues that arise in the application area, as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. The holder of the role will also provide end user training and education on Salesforce processes as well as creation of support and documentation. The Application Analyst will further collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and application developers to perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test systems changes, and identify areas of improvement associated with platform performance and opportunities to enable business processes and requirements.The place of work is Warsaw, Poland.Essential DutiesInclude, but are not limited to, the following:
