What you will do
Engage with internal and external customers to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet customer requirements
Define and implement effective business configuration and rules in JSON format to customize the software functionality
Perform testing of customized business configurations to ensure they meet customer requirements, including conducting peer reviews to validate the accuracy and quality of the configurations
Onboard new customers and collaborate with market management, sales, and customer support roles to ensure a smooth transition to the medical platform and provide necessary training and support
Accurately document and manage change requests following the established processes
Provide engaging demonstrations to customers and communicate effectively to clarify needs and showcase solutions
