About the Role

Our public sector client is seeking a Junior Application Analyst for a 7.5 month, full time contract, with the possibility of up to a 6-month extension. The Application Analyst will be required on a full time basis (7.25 hour work day, 36.25 hours/week) and the primary role will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and building reports for the clients Enterprise Database Archival Service on the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP Public Cloud). The Application Analyst will collaborate closely with end-users, and IT teams to ensure the this platform is successfully used by end users. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
