Apple Administrator

Job Description
A client is looking for an Administrator who will manage and administer a school district’s Apple ecosystem, including Mac devices, iPads, and Apple Classroom, while serving as an Administrator of the JAMF platform for device configuration, policy management, and deployments. They will monitor and respond to incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system, handling Apple-related issues and partnering closely with systems and network teams to troubleshoot more complex problems, including those involving connectivity and infrastructure. Additionally, they will support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage device lifecycle activities, and ensure all incidents, resolutions, and improvements are properly documented within ticketing systems and internal processes.
