• 5+years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on Appian BPM. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, custom Appian applications — not just low-code workflows.
• Deep understanding of Appian architecture, custom SAIL development, expression rules, and Appian Records.
• Expertise in manual code development within Appian, with advanced knowledge of its internal functions and configuration capabilities. Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, REST/SOAP integrations, and working with relational databases.
