We are building a global sportswear company from India. Every designer who joins Agilitas is writing that story. This role is at the heart of that ambition : designing womenswear that performs on track, resonates on street, and speaks to women athletes across the world.

Agilitas manages 2 powerful sportswear brands in India — Lotto (40-year exclusive license across India, South Africa & Australia) and one8 (global sportswear brand from India). Across these brands, the womenswear category is a strategic growth priority

As a Womenswear Apparel designer, you will conceive and develop collections that blend performance engineering with aesthetic intelligence. You will work directly with the product development, sourcing, and product line creation teams and your designs will reach women across India, South Africa, Australia, and beyond
