Apparel Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced

Fashion Designer Manager

to lead the design and development of

Western

and

Indo-Western collections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, commercial understanding of the fashion market, and proven experience in managing end-to-end collection development while leading a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and development of seasonal Western and Indo-Western collections.
· Research fashion trends, market insights, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
· Develop concepts, mood boards, color palettes, silhouettes, prints, and embellishment stories.
· Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely product development.
· Oversee fabric, trim, and sample development while maintaining quality and fit standards.
