MercyOne has an employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine team.

Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Occupational Health Provider serves as a self-directed healthcare professional, consultant, and coordinator of care. This role is responsible for promoting employee health and safety through clinical care, compliance oversight, and injury management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assess and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
+ Manage the Workers' Compensation injury program.
+ Conduct pre-employment health assessments.
