Apartment Service Technician

A Service Technician is needed at Burns Management. Responsible for all aspects related to apartment maintenance and service, as well as the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking lots. Support the maintenance and cleanliness of building hallways and common areas, such as the laundry/trash rooms daily.

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Hourly Payrate is $21.00 to $22.00 an hour, depending upon experience
• Bonus opportunity of $2,500 annually
• Supplemental on call and overtime pay guaranteed
