Description Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Mesa Ridge Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $19/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and rental discounts.
