**Job Title: Renovation Technician / Apartment Maintenance**

**Job Description**

The Renovation Technician performs full-time interior apartment renovation work, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role focuses on completing high-quality repairs and upgrades in occupied and vacant units, using a broad range of trade skills including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting. The position starts on a temporary basis with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on satisfactory performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform interior apartment renovations, including demolition, installation, and finishing work in occupied and vacant units.
+ Complete plumbing tasks such as installing, repairing, and troubleshooting fixtures, fittings, and basic piping issues.
