Job Description
A role has become available for a highly organised and efficient Procurement Administrator to join our APAC Procurement Team. This is a 15-month Maternity Leave Contract role.
Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain and Procurement Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for providing timely support services to the Branch Network.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Liaise directly with Branches to own, and provide support during, the process of gathering and completion of required procurement documentation.
- Track and manage all open procurement requests, including their status and projected completion timeline, and communicate these to the Branch Network weekly.
- Review current vendor/supplier contracts for opportunities to increase value, reduce costs, and to seek overall areas for improvement.
