AP Supply Chain Sourcing Engineer（ Electronics Electrical ）

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

**Supplier Management & Development**

+ Collaborate with suppliers to develop cost-effective and technically optimized manufacturing solutions for electronic products.
+ Conduct technical evaluations of supplier capabilities and performance, focusing on SMT, PCBA, test, and assembly processes.
+ Lead improvement projects with suppliers to improve quality, throughput, and cost.
+ Collaborate with Commodity Managers to align supplier capability with long-term business needs.
+ Identify, evaluate, develop and qualify ECM to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base.
+ Conduct supplier audits and capability assessments to verify technical readiness.
+ Engage and lead supplier negotiations and problem-solving.

**Design-to-Cost (DTC) & Manufacturability**

+ Work with Engineering to ensure product designs align with supplier manufacturing capabilities.
